Roasted Potato Wedges

This is a great side for a lot of casual dishes where you might want fries. Being roasted it is a great and healthy alternative to fries.

Serves 4:

5 medium potatoes
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Basil
1/4 cup Olive oil

Thoroughly clean potatoes and quarter them.

Add all ingredients (except salt) in a mixing bowl and toss to coat.

Place wedges on a cookie sheet and put in an oven preheated to 425

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Salt to taste.
