Cajun-Style Grilled Foil Packets


You can’t go wrong with foil packets. They are a complete meal in one package.

These are especially tasty.

4 each corn on cob, whole, cut in 1/2 or 1/3
4 each red potato, washed and cubed
20 each shrimp, large, R-T-C
1 pound smoked sausage, cut into large pieces
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons Creole seasoning
Salt and Pepper

Heat grill to 400 degrees

Gather 4 sheets 12X18 heavy duty foil sheets Evenly distribute corn, potatoes, shrimp and sausage over
each sheet of foil.

Drizzle Olive oil and about 2 Tablespoons chicken broth over each.

Season evenly with Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper

Tightly seal foil packets by folding up the sides over the contents and folding up the ends over the seam

Grill 30-40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. flipping over once half-way through

(be carefull when opening the packets to check for doneness, the steam is EXTREMELY hot)
