We had some changes to our schedule this week so this should probably be called #whatsforbrunch. Anyway, I waited to see how well it warmed up for breakfast today. I’m glad I did I was as good warmed up as it was straight out of the oven. Over all a success. So what is it?

Bagel Sandwich

This is one of our favorite quick and easy meals for lunch. We first enjoyed this sandwich when we lived in Kansas. There was a bagel shop there that we thoroughly enjoyed. It always brings back fond memories.
