This was so well received the last time we had it we just had to repeat it. The  PassionCook gave us the idea for the side dish and a friend of mine at the Dallas Farmers Market gave me the recipe for the main dish. Both are fantastic but together they are better then the sum of their total.

Its been a while since we have had a meal that was this well received. We have had the the main part of the meal before, the Coconut Curry Chicken. But this time I cooked it a little different. In the past I seared the chicken and then finished it with the curry and coconut milk at the same temp reducing the milk to thicken it and then served it with rice.

This family favorite Indian dish that the KurryKing at the Dallas farmers market taught me. Its so simple but oh so delicious. Sadly the KurryKing has passed away but his recipe will live on.
