This week we are starting with another large cut of meat. HAM!!

It’s going to be hard to make it last. . . . . We love it so much.

This will really fit well into out Summer Electric Plan. True, we have to bake it which will heat the house one day but later in the week we will get a reprieve.

Tonight we had a truly delicious Baked Ham with Cherry-Pineapple Glaze, Simple canned green beans, and Garlic Mashed Potatoes (with out the Garlic)

It’s going to be hard to do but we have to save some of this for later in the week. You will see it come up again later in the week when we make a wonderful sounding frittata.
