Tonight we hit the last of our “Asian Theme Week” dinners. I know we actually have another dinner planned tomorrow night. But because we had company we used a little extra chicken for that meal and are going to run short. So the Kowloon Chicken will have to wait.

In this post I mentioned that I eat a lot of boiled eggs. i also said that I hate trying to peel and “old” egg. Interestingly I may have had this all wrong. I eat a lot of boiled eggs. Their easy to make and easy to grab as you head out the door. But I hate trying to peel and old egg. I saw this today and thought I would share. The original post
