Day 3 of our “Latin Theme Week” dinners.
Tonight our culinary adventure took us to Peru thanks to Natascha of Natascha’s Palace. This dinner tonight incorporates just one of the many recipes on her site. You should take a look a her site.
We were a little anxious about trying this dish as only one of us likes fish. But the description and picture made it look so scrumptious we just had to give it a try.
To help ease the anxiety of the doubters, we decided to use a really mild fish. We picked Tilapia. Additionally, we noticed that the recipe called for fish stock. We thought we would substitute chicken stock for its milder flavor.
Overall a success 3 out of 4 enjoyed it. The one naysayer simply couldn’t get over the taste of fish.
For the rest of us it was absolutely delicious!!
