Meatballs are so versatile. Put them on top of spaghetti, on a sandwich, what ever. They are great.
Servings: 4
1 1/2 pounds 90% Ground Beef
1 1/4 cups bread crumbs, Italian seasoned
1/4 cup parsley
2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
1 each egg, beaten
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, onion, and egg Shape the mixture into 16 meat balls
There is no need to pre-make the Spaghetti Sauce
In a slow cooker, mix the spaghetti sauce ingredients. Place the meatballs into the sauce mixture cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
