Sometimes you just want a simple and delicious dinner so tonight we went for Italian Meatball Sandwiches. This works great with our ‘Summer Electric Plan.’ Everything that needs to be cooked is made in a slow cooker and then assembled when your ready.
So simple and delicious all you have to do is make the Homemade Meatballs using the Homemade Spaghetti Sauce.
Once they are done put a few of them on a Hoagie Roll, top with Mozzarella Cheese.
Add some vegetable sticks on the side and there you have it.
