Tonight we found ourselves kid-less. YES!!!!!

We decided to make it an impromptu date night. For starters, we went to the movies with plans to have dinner after. Well, late in the afternoon we stopped and had lunch so we weren’t really hungry.

But I still wanted to do something special.

Chocolate Cherry Sauce

We ran across some fresh cherries and decided to try making some kind of dessert with them.

This sauce was so fun to try and make and turned out so good.

Description: I found this recipe on foodiecrush.com and thought it would be fun a try.

This recipe is easily adaptable when it comes to the veggies. Sub in or add carrots, potatoes or leeks. Or for a purely veg version change up the chicken broth for vegetable broth and omit the chicken.

Just be sure to keep the lime and the peanut buttery taste to complement the spiciness of the curry and you’re in business.
