Menu for Week Starting 6/6/2016

With the electric company starting their summer rates we have started altering our menu plans to use lower energy cooking methods as mentioned in our Theme Week post. This week we will be doing several slow cooker meals. We are still making some oven cooked (we do have a gas oven but it still heats the house some) meals but next week we will doing even more energy efficient cooking.
