We wanted to have some new friends over dinner and games this evening. Being there was going to be quite a few of us with varying likes and dislikes we decided to go with pasta with a couple of different sauces.
We made the Alfredo sauce from our Tortellini Alfredo. We also made a a Spaghetti Sauce from our Bolognese with Pasta by adding several cans of tomato sauce and using canned crushed tomatoes instead of fresh diced one.
For our requisite vegetable dish we added a Tossed Salad
All and all it was a success. Everyone seemed to enjoy both the dinner and the games.
