Sorry for the delayed post. I ended up having a long night of work Friday. I was able to take off early before going back to work and make dinner.
We wanted to try a recipe for Swedish Baked Potatoes we saw posted at My Extended Weekend. We also wanted pork chops and to keep with a ‘Swedish theme.’ So we ended up making our version of Swedish Pork Chops with a Mushroom Gravy.
I have to say, both were a hit. We really like the potatoes and even got a request to make them again from our daughter. Everyone really liked the pork chops too. I think we will try this again.
