A few weeks ago we discovered a new wine, a lemon wine. As promised we used it to come up with a new recipe. Tonight we came up with this, Lemon Pepper Chicken with Soleil Cream Sauce. – It was a hit with the whole family! I am so impressed with John’s cooking skills with this dish. He cooked and tasted till it was perfect. Hope you all enjoy it as much as we did.
We added a nice tossed salad and bread sticks.
