Tuna Cassarole


This is a Jaque classic. We don’t know where she came up with the recipe. But it is always good. Even the kids love it and actually request it!

Servings: 4

1 package Egg noodles
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans tuna
2 cans mushroom soup
1 tablespoon butter
1 can milk
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Bring water to a boil for noodles and cook the noodles per package directions.

Saute onion in butter.
When onions are soft add tuna (water and all).
Cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in soup and fill up 1 empty soup can with milk. Stir all together.
Cook till hot.

Drain noodles add to sauce and thoroughly mix.

Add cheese on top. Cover and allow the cheese to melt.
