Potato Salad

This is a simple recipe but somehow Jaque manages to make it special. Whenever we have been  invited to a gathering of some kind,she is always asked to bring this along.

Servings: 6

3 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
6 eggs,boiled an coarsely chopped
1/2 onion, coarsely chopped
3 Dill pickles, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup Miracle Whip®
2 tablespoons mustard

Cook potatoes and eggs separately.

Add all ingredients together in a mixing bowl, stir to mix, and serve.
