Guess #whatsfordinner tonight 5/25/2016 its #Grilling

Finally, we got the opportunity between spring storms to grill. Mmmmm….. I love grilling.

When we finally get the chance we always do ‘batch’ cooking. Tonight we batch cooked Chicken Breasts and Hamburgers.

Baked Corn

We love corn on the cob but it does get a little boring to simply boil it. This is a nice alternative to that. It is lightly seasoned, moist and you even have a handle to hold if you leave the husks on and pull them back when you eat it. It’s delicious!

Grilled Hamburgers

Who can resist a good barbecue grilled burger. We like ours simple. There is no need to add a whole lot of seasoning. Just use a good quality of meat grill and serve.

Potato Salad

This is a simple recipe but somehow Jaque manages to make it special. Whenever we have been  invited to a gathering of some kind,she is always asked to bring this along.

Menu Planning 101

I love this post. I especially like the comments about ‘family mealtime’. One additional suggestion i would add is to include your family, particularly kids, in the meal planning process. It stimulates conversation and helps to ensure the meal planning is success.
