One of the nice things about doing a food blog is discovering all of the new recipes. You want to try them all. But sometimes you just want to settle in with the tried and true. Kind of like snuggling up with a comfortable old blanket on a cold evening.  So tonight dinner was about comfort food. Have you ever had one of those moments when you try a recipe and it is just so good you have to make it for your friends. Then you realize it’s written for the wrong number of people. It’s written for 4 but you have 11 that you want to have at the dinner party.
