Tonight was Taco Salad night. We love taco salad. Its quick. Its easy. And its tasty. Tonight I thought I would get ahead of the game and make the shells. This is the first time I have done it and I don’t know why I haven’t done it before! This past weekend I found a set of taco salad bowl molds. I’ll tell you more about that in a future post.
With this dinner, there is a lot of chopping. But it can all be done ahead of time, so that when dinner time comes all you have to do is cook the ground beef and heat the refried beans.
