Guess #whatsfordinner tonight 4/15/2016

So we had to make a swap again. One of the advantages to planning ahead is having things on hand to make adjustments like that as needed.

This time we had to make the swap due to a the fact that we forgot we are under a burn ban. You see we were supposed to have grilled Brazilian Flank Steak with a side of Vegetables with Spicy Honey Peanut Sauce. Gas grills can still be used but we prefer the flavor that charcoal gives. So we had to make a swap. Fortunately, we are expecting plenty of rain next week. Hopefully the ban will be lifted then. So we decided to grab a meal from that menu plan and bring it forward to this week, Taco Salad, mmmmm, still tasty.
