How to rescue an over salted pot of soup #cooking #tips

I saw this and just had to share because I’ve over salted soup before and just couldn’t figure out how to rescue it.

I ended up just having to give it to our dog. He didn’t mind he’s just happy to be rescued himself.

If you over-salt a pot of soup, just drop in a peeled potato, the potato will absorb the excess salt.
