We love oriental food. Tonight we decided to go for a healthy version of a new family favorite Spaghetti Squash Chow Mein. Toss in some restaurant bought Egg Rolls and Crab Rangoon (some things really are better left to others) and you have a great meal on a busy night. As the name indicates it uses Spaghetti Squash instead of the traditional noodles.
You might think that you would miss the crunch of the noodles but by not over cooking the shredded cabbage you still have a great crunch to the meal. And it doesn’t get soggy like the traditional fried noodles do.
