So tonight we made Mongolian Beef and Stir Fried Vegetables. The Vegies we have done before and really enjoyed them so we put them back in for tonight. But we have never done the Mongolian Beef before. Wow did it ever turn out good. We tried a new technique called velveting. It was kind of daunting to think about. Bur was rather easy to do in the end. It was well worth the extra effort.
