Glad we picked this one for tonight. Even though this was a new recipe for us it was quick and easy. As it turned out it was the perfect choice. We unexpectedly had company at dinner and this made plenty. In fact if we hadn’t had company we would have had too much. So all in all we had a good meal and good company.
